Mark Greisiger is the President & CEO of NetDiligence®, a cybersecurity assessment services company. For the past decade NetDiligence strived to deliver unique cyber risk and information security due-diligence assessment services serving as a loss prevention solution to support the e-risk insurance community underwriting emerging network & privacy liability exposures. The NetDiligence® cybersecurity services are engineered especially for computer-dependent businesses, public entities and financial institutions with a need for a professional-grade cybersecurity assessment in order to demonstrate awareness, vigilance and document an appropriate level of ‘due-care’ protection for regulatory compliance and risk management purposes.

Mark also developed the NetDiligence eRiskHub® portal service, with the purpose of assisting businesses once the data breach event occurs. This portal is now licensed to many leading insurance carriers that offer cyber risk insurance coverage to businesses.

Mark enjoys collaborating with customers and business partners on challenging projects and he has developed solid relationships and partnerships with numerous leading USA and London-based insurers offering cutting-edge network liability insurance [aka ‘privacy liability insurance’], which endorse and often require NetDiligence® services. These services are honed to assist corporate IT managers and corp. insurance Risk Managers.

A large part of Mark’s past professional career has been in the commercial insurance industry and with CIGNA Property & Casualty which became ACE USA Insurance where in 1999 he served as a managing underwriter for the Information Technology Products underwriting business unit.

Mark was an adviser to Pennsylvanian’s Homeland Security Advisory Council, appointed in 2003 by Governor Ed Rendell, and is a member of the Philadelphia chapter of Infragard. Mark is also to a frequently published contributor for various insurance and risk management magazines on similar topics.

David J. Chatfield (Dave)
VP Cybersecurity Services, NetDiligence®

In his current role, Mr. Chatfield manages and conducts assessments of applicant IT environments in an effort to confer strategic loss-avoidance advantages to client underwriters participating in the cyber risk insurance industry. He is also responsible for content and management of the existing NetDiligence®Online application, which serves as a cost-efficient, applicant screening mechanism used to supplement remote and on-site assessment tasks. Areas of expertise covered within NetDiligence®assessments include IT Security, Privacy, and the Legal Use of Internet Content.

Mr. Chatfield served as Manager of Insurance Risk Mitigation Services and Senior Security Consultant at Fiderus/EDS (2000-01), assisting in the development of insurance-industry solutions. He also provided engagement management for traditional IT Security assessment projects.

Previously, he served as Consultant (1997-2000) and Senior Consultant (2000) with IBM's Global Security and Privacy Services Practice, and was responsible for engagement management and perform tasks relating to British Standard 7799 (BS7799) Information Security Assessments, Internet-based penetration testing, and firewall policy analysis. Mr. Chatfield also participated in the early methodology development and initial perform engagements relating to IBM’s Privacy Services consulting solutions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Chatfield provided Internet-focused technical networking services while employed in the Corporate IT Department at Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, IBM’s OS/2 Development Facility in Boca Raton, FL, and his alma mater - Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH.

Robert M. Slossberg (Bob)
Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, NetDiligence®

As a consultant to NetDiligence, Mr Slossberg conducts assessments of applicant IT environments in an effort to confer strategic loss-avoidance advantages to client underwriters participating in the cyber risk insurance industry. Areas of expertise covered within NetDiligence assessments include IT Security, Privacy, and the Legal Use of Internet Content.


Prior to NetDiligence®, Mr. Slossberg served as an Network Architect for IBM’s Global Services (1998 - 2003) developing secure and cost effective solutions for complex network projects delivered to IBM’s commercial customers. He was responsible to insure delivered solutions complied with industry wide and IBM specific communication security standards. He also assisted in the establishment and corporate wide implementation of firewall polices and standards.

Previously, he served at IBM Global Services Boca Raton (1986 - 1998) as a Senior Technical manager responsible for the implementation of all site network activities.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Slossberg provided to the US Geological Survey various computer related services which included application development, and mainframe system implementation and support. As supervisor of the Systems group at USGS, he was responsible for the day to day delivery of computer services to worldwide customers.

Within IBM, Mr. Slossberg generated additional revenue for the IBM Global Services through new business achieved through existing client relationship management tasks.

William W. Toffel, Jr. (Bill)

As a consultant to NetDiligence, Bill Toffel conducts assessments of applicant IT environments in an effort to confer strategic loss-avoidance advantages to client underwriters participating in the cyber risk insurance industry. Bill works with NetDiligence clients and their end users to facilitate emergency response in the event of a cyber or data breach and assists NetDiligence with various other projects and initiatives.


Prior to working with NetDiligence, Bill served as Systems Specialist for Liberty Bell Bank (2003 – 2008), assisting in all bank-wide information technology, privacy, and security projects to ensure the proper operation and growth of the bank. He assisted in the development and implementation of corporate risk assessment and control procedures, disaster recovery / business contingency planning, customer privacy, employee training programs, and systems monitoring. He served as immediate backup to the roles of the Bank’s Chief Technology Officer and Security Officer, and supported all employees and customers.

Previously, Bill served as IT Director for Liberty Bell Financial Services, managing corporate-wide security and technology operations for the Insurance Services, Commercial Credit, and Investment Planning divisions of the company. He also acted as the company Security Officer, including incident report writing and forensic analysis responsibilities.

Bill currently serves as a member and Web Committee Chairman for the Philadelphia InfraGard chapter (since 2001). InfraGard is an information sharing and analysis effort between the U.S. Government (led by the FBI and the NIPC) and an association of businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to increasing the security of United States critical infrastructures. He also currently volunteers time and effort on various other cyber-defense initiatives with the FBI and Department of Defense.
